Reed Balentine, LCSW

Reed is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with Masters of Social Work and a BA in Philosophy and Religious Studies from UA Little Rock. Reed began practicing yoga and meditation over fifteen years ago, after experiencing transformative growth aided by the use of Psychedelic Substances. His internal investigation led him to pursue a career in Mental Health, in the hopes that he could help facilitate change for other individuals, groups, and communities through the integration of Eastern, Western, and Shamanic healing practices. After two years providing therapy for poor and indigent populations in a community mental health setting, and two years helping combat veterans reintegrate in a large healthcare organization, Reed decided to follow his vision and launch his own practice, EMPATH PLC(Emergent Medicine Psychedelic Assisted Therapy) where he continues to provide Holistic Mind/Body Therapies and Psychedelic Integration Coaching.
