The Art of Meditation Summit is a free online teaching event and retreat from the Heart Mind Institute, hosted by Fleet Maull with Gita Vaid MD and Jessica Hornstein. Over eight days around seventy teachers cover Vipassana, Zen, Tibetan and Vedic meditation, contemplative practice from the Abrahamic traditions, nondual teaching, mindfulness and neuroscience. Teachers include Jon Kabat-Zinn, Sharon Salzberg, Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche and Kristin Neff.
