Fatí Light
About
Fatí Light is a psychedelic integration coach and self-leadership coach in New York, where she has lived for 24 years. She coaches clients one to one, including remotely, on microdosing, preparation and integration, and leads hikes in nature combined with microdosing.
Approach
Half Italian and half Persian, she was born in Iran, raised in Italy and once worked as a fashion designer. She is a certified life coach and a certified psychedelic integration coach, and calls her practice trauma-informed. She links her path to losing her first husband young, which she says opened a spiritual awakening, and to healing from complex trauma with psychedelics later on. From that she built the Psychedelic IntegralFrame, a model that covers seven dimensions of life, from mental and somatic to relational and environmental, in three phases: mapping and clarity, embodiment of identity, and ecosystem alignment.
Who it is for
She works with people in a time of healing, awakening or redirection who want to make sense of insights, emotions and shifts in identity after a psychedelic experience or a big life change. She says she works best with people who are committed to growth, honest with themselves and ready to act.
Practical details
Programmes run for three to six months and cost $3,555 to $9,999, depending on the mix of services; her microdosing programmes are offered over three or four months. Her one-to-one offers also include private medicine sessions, and group retreats are planned. She hosts a podcast, An Honest Look, on personal change and inner work.
Care and safety
Work starts with a free assessment call and an in-depth application that covers medical and psychological history, which she uses to judge whether psychedelic work or integration support suits the person at that time. The structure of the programme is then designed with the client.
