Jackie Dobrinska

Jackie Dobrinska is a coach, teacher and spiritual director in Asheville, North Carolina, who offers psychedelic preparation and integration mentorship through her practice, Soul Session Studio. She works one to one and in groups, including online.

Approach

Dobrinska is director of education and community at Ram Dass’s Love Serve Remember Foundation, an integration specialist at the Pearl Psychedelic Institute and the host of the Ram Dass Here and Now podcast. She was ordained as an interspiritual minister in 2016 and trained for two years each in the PachaKuti Mesa Tradition and in Venus Rising Shamanic Breathwork, alongside mindfulness teacher training through Dharma Moon and Tibet House and a 500-hour yoga certification. Preparation takes at least two sessions, ideally four or five, spent on intentions, inner parts and techniques for moving energy. Integration then runs for four to eight weeks, with practices meant to ground insights in daily life.

Who it is for

Her mentorship is meant for people before or after an entheogenic experience who want support with intentions and grounding, and for those working on life transitions, purpose or spiritual awakening. She also runs an online group preparation and integration programme and an online mentor membership with the Pearl Psychedelic Institute.

Practical details

Sessions cost $145 an hour, with rates for bundles of 4, 8 or 12 sessions and a three-month package at $1,500. A free 15-minute exploratory call comes first.

Care and safety

Intake includes a form, a medical and psychological history, a consent form and a short Zoom consultation. Her psychedelic programmes are framed as harm reduction, education and integration: they do not promote illegal use, and any decision to take a substance rests with the participant.
