Nicole Lilly, MA, LMBT

Nicole Lilly is a somatic practitioner and psychedelic guide whose practice has been based in Asheville, North Carolina. She now works with clients by video and has announced in-person work in Toronto, offering ongoing support around life transitions, expanded states and spiritual development.

Approach

She holds an MA in body psychotherapy from Naropa University (2016) and is a licensed massage therapist, a somatic movement therapist and a shamanic minister. She began guiding in 2018 and puts her experience at about 150 people and 1,000 hours as a medicine guide, with training from Elemental Psychedelics, Medicinal Mindfulness and Innate Path, where she studied ketamine and cannabis-assisted psychotherapy. Sessions draw on somatic practice, breath and energy work, dialogue and coaching, and in person add hands-on Journey Bodywork. She frames change as four movements, from descent and stillpoint to realisation and embodiment, and says the aim is to change a life rather than chase a peak experience.

Who it is for

She works with people at a threshold, such as a change in relationship, career or identity, with people preparing for or coming out of a psychedelic experience, and with those looking for purpose. Her Mythic Mentorship is a group for facilitators of expanded states; for Colorado natural medicine facilitators, attendance counts towards the 40 consultation hours needed for licensure.

Practical details

Work begins with a free 20-minute connection call, and longer immersions and intensives are also offered. The mentorship group costs $333 a quarter, or $999 a quarter with 90 minutes of private sessions each month.
