Jessica Eden, LCSW, LAC, is a licensed clinical social worker and addictions counsellor in Colorado who runs Intuitive Life Wellness, offering ketamine-assisted and psilocybin-assisted therapy alongside holistic psychotherapy. Practical details

Fees follow a sliding scale of $125 to $200 per 50-minute session, medicine sessions included. A six-session ketamine course costs $2,625 to $4,200 and a ten-session course $4,125 to $6,600, covering intake, preparation and integration; sessions at home add $50 each. She accepts Aetna, United and Medicaid for therapy outside medicine sessions.

Care and safety

Each client completes a pre-screening form and a medical and mental health evaluation. A licensed prescriber provides the ketamine, which clients take themselves with her guidance; first sessions last about three hours, and online sessions need a chaperone she can reach. Listed contraindications include manic bipolar disorder, psychosis, uncontrolled hypertension or glaucoma and pregnancy. Colorado’s Natural Medicine Health Act of 2022 allows facilitated psilocybin use, while federal law still prohibits it.
