Joney Poon HCt, MTA (Music Therapy), MA (Counseling), RCC Owner of Rain or Shine Therapy based in Vancouver, Canada (Coast Salish land). Offers Clinical Hypnotherapy, Music Therapy, Counselling, Somatic Therapy & Psychedelic Integration services. My mission is to help you achieve holistic wellness and be your best. Like you, I’m human. I am willing to practice what I preach: continual work, growing, learning, ongoing training for the best and most effective approaches, connecting, and expanding. I specialize in working with people of all ages and helping with anxiety, stress, fears/phobias, trauma, grief, self-esteem, depression, anger management, sleep/insomnia, jet lag, creativity blocks, setting boundaries, connecting with inner self, inner child healing, mindset barriers & trauma.
