About

As a Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist (2022), Licensed Professional Counselor (2017) and Gottman Institute trained Couples Therapist (2021, 2024), I guide individuals and couples in the process of healing and transformation. My approach integrates transpersonal, somatic, neuroscience and attachment-based education with extensive psychedelic experience and training to help you access psychological insights and effectively integrate them into lasting change.

My career in Psychology began over 20 years ago as a high school student taking college level courses (2003). I went on to complete a BA in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin Madison (2008), an MA in Art Therapy from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (2016) and continuing education with leading psychedelic organizations including the Integrative Psychiatry Institute (2022), Psychedelics Today (2021), and the Third Wave (2021).

My clinical focus is on the repair of attachment injuries that often underlie emotional and psychological distress.

In addition to formal training, I bring my personal experience with psychedelics, plant medicine, sweat lodge, indigenous ceremony & healing modalities, yoga & breathwork. In my travels throughout Mexico & Central America, I’ve personally explored: Ayahuasca, Sananga, Huachuma & Peyote (Mescaline), Bufo (5-MeO-DMT), Changa (DMT), Hape, LSD, MDMA, MDA, Kambo, Coca, Cacao, Psilocybin and Ketamine. This allows me to support clients with both professional expertise and grounded, experiential understanding, while maintaining a strong emphasis on safety, preparation, and integration.

My approach is especially attuned to helping clients: Heal attachment injuries and develop secure, stable relationships Regulate the nervous system and process somatic trauma held in the body Navigate expanded states of consciousness with clarity and intention Integrate insights into meaningful, sustainable life changes Whether you’re seeking healing, growth, psychological insight, or spiritual exploration, I provide steady, professional, attuned, and nonjudgmental guidance for your process. Ultimately, helping you integrate powerful inner experiences into real-world alignment. Let’s work together so you enter this next chapter of your life with greater wisdom, peace, authenticity, and deeper connections to yourself, others and the human experience.
