About

Armastuse Park is in the small town of Puka in Valga County, southern Estonia. The park has energy pillars connected to the planets of the solar system. They amplify a person’s inner world, both the thoughts and the feelings related to whatever is currently active in that person’s life. The park does not take anything away or add anything.

The park’s founder and caretaker, Mait Lillemäe, found the place by chance and placed benches at the spots he sensed. There are no teachings or teachers. What happens in the park is the visitor’s own responsibility, including whether to stay with it or to leave. According to the founder, when a visitor stays with a difficult feeling and experiences it consciously, lightness arises from that very heaviness, and the next layer of the same theme opens. There are no guarantees about the outcome.

The park also has a smoke sauna, two dark rooms, a meditation cave and a place to sleep in the hay. It is open by prior arrangement. The park does not replace medical or psychological care.
