Tucked away on Sri Lanka’s southern coast near Tangalle, Rekawa Wellness Resort is an Ayurveda and wellness retreat set between a tranquil lagoon and a protected sea turtle nesting beach. Far from the busy tourist trail, it offers the space, silence and natural beauty to truly slow down.
Every stay begins with a personal consultation with our in-house Ayurvedic doctor, who uses traditional pulse diagnosis to understand your individual needs. From there, your programme of Ayurvedic treatments is tailored to you and complemented by sunrise and sunset yoga, breathwork and meditation. Fresh, organic, mostly vegetarian cuisine supports your journey, while the lagoon, the ocean and the rhythm of island life do the rest.
