A deep love for life and respect for the wisdom of my experiences have gifted me a firm foundation thru life’s challenges and celebrations.  With a successful private practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 30 years, I know insight-oriented therapies like EMDR and IFS are exceptionally capable of assisting you in processing and integrating your psychedelic experiences as well as life’s issues. As an early adopter of EMDR, I’ve witnessed its effective treatment of depression, anxiety, and trauma. EMDR along with IFS are excellent companions for deep insight into the complexities of your psychedelic experience. I also bring 10 years of shamanic psychodrama training and 8 years of prep and integration experience as a Certified Psychedelic Integration Coach. I firmly believe that combining experienced compassion in intentional set and setting, will usher psychedelics into playing a significant role in the future of mental health.
