Alexis ARRAGON
About
Alexis Arragon is a body-mind practitioner and psychedelic coach in the Sentier district of Paris, in the 2nd arrondissement. He combines hands-on and breath-based methods with microdosing guidance and psychedelic preparation and integration.
Approach
Arragon starts from the idea that the body stores tension, unspoken emotion and unresolved shock, so he works through relaxation and the body’s rhythms rather than words alone. His methods include craniosacral therapy, learned with the physician and osteopath Alain Cassoura; the Right Posture approach of Thierry Janssen’s school, which draws on Reichian character analysis; breathwork, trained with Elvire Rallis of Rebirth Breath Therapy; and sound work with tuning forks. He qualified as a psychedelic coach with the Psychedelic Coaching Institute in 2024, advocates for psychedelic care in Europe and writes about it on Psyché Paris.
Who it is for
He sees people going through crisis, exhaustion or a loss of meaning, and those carrying old trauma, from teenagers to older adults. His listed specialities include post-traumatic stress, adult ADHD and addiction support.
Practical details
Sessions take place at his practice on rue d’Alexandrie, by video, or sometimes at home. Fees run from €100 to €200 an hour. Microdosing protocols last six to ten weeks, with a weekly session and a somatic practice alongside; the substances he names include psilocybin, LSD, blue lotus, amanita muscaria and San Pedro. A full-dose experience involves three 90-minute preparation sessions at least two months ahead, a stay of one to three days depending on location, and at least three months of integration.
Care and safety
A free discovery call by phone is required first, followed by an intake form and a consultation by video or in person. A medical and psychological assessment comes before any experience is planned, and preparation or integration can also be arranged on their own.
