Elina Viitaniemi

I work with people before and after psychedelic experiences, offering preparation and integration coaching in English and French. I bring substantial experience from both one-to-one work and psychedelic retreat settings, alongside training in transpersonal coaching psychology and psychedelic-assisted therapy.

Preparation can include intentions, expectations, fears, resources and the wider context of your life. Integration is about both making sense of what emerged and bringing it into everyday life in concrete ways. This may involve relationships, choices, habits, boundaries, work, creativity or how you want to show up differently.

My role is not to interpret your experience for you or push it towards a particular meaning, but to help you explore what feels important, difficult, unfinished or ready to change.

I am also co-founder of Nua Silta, where I co-lead psilocybin retreats and training in the facilitation of psychedelic experiences.
