About
Jessica Mork, known as Jess, is a licensed mental health counsellor (LMHC) in Chicago who describes herself as a queer trauma therapist specialising in trauma, PTSD and complex PTSD. Alongside therapy she offers coaching, Reiki and psychedelic integration.
Approach
She has held therapeutic space for close to a decade, drawing on parts work, Brainspotting, EMDR and somatic healing, with meditation and mindfulness. She holds certificates in Reiki and in somatic psychedelic facilitation, and has trained in psychedelic integration. Working from a trauma-informed stance, she lets the client’s intuition lead each session. She turned to energy work and psychedelic healing herself after a period of heavy traumatic loss, when therapy alone was not enough.
Who it is for
Her earlier work was with survivors of sex trafficking in foster care and in community mental health with people facing systemic inequity, sexual abuse and domestic violence. Her private practice continues to serve people with similar experiences.

Sessions are offered in person and remotely, with fees listed between $88 and $175. A free 15-minute consultation comes first.
