About
Making Wellness a Priority I am happy to answer any questions you may have about starting your mental health journey - whether for the first time ever, or you are seasoned in the therapy world and just looking for a new therapist, or psychedelic healing, I’m here to help.
I provide a laid back, comfortable atmosphere for mental health care. My small practice provides individual therapy and ketamine-assisted therapy, for those who qualify. About Jill Fimbel, MA, LCMHC, CPATC Ms. Fimbel earned her undergraduate bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Keene State College in 2006 and received her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Rivier University in 2010. Prior to this she worked in a variety of mental health settings over the years, including residential care, brain injury unit, and early intervention.
Ms. Fimbel is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New Hampshire and Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Clinician. She currently works with teens and adults who are experiencing a wide range of difficulties in their lives.
She has enjoyed running Healthy Eating & Wellness groups for adults, focusing on emotional overeating, self-care, and teaching elements of Intuitive Eating. She has also run an Expressive Arts Therapy group for teens in the past that focuses on identity formation, emotional expression, and self-esteem development.
Ms. Fimbel approaches her clinical work with various methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness/Meditation, Exposure Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Holistic Therapy, Strengths-Based Approach, Expressive Arts Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and is an Internal Family Systems (IFS) in formed clinician.
She is excited about her latest add on - Jill recently completed a year-long certification program in Psychedelic-Assisted-Therapy (PAT) with current availability for in-person Ketamine dosing sessions, and estimation for MDMA and Psilocybin in 2026+, pending FDA approval and DEA rescheduling for clinical use. Stay tuned!
*Jill currently works with ages 16 - 66 More about Jill - Jill enjoys everything nature, art, and fun.
When not in the office you may find her painting, drawing, woodworking, jewelry making, creating food art, photographing nature, or illustrating a children’s book.
When the weather is nice you’ll likely find her gardening, paddle-boarding, roller-skating, kayaking, hiking, swimming, stargazing, soaking up sun, birdwatching, or sitting by a roaring bonfire.
Jill loves to laugh, dance, karaoke, try new things, and just have a good time when she can. She tries to not take life too seriously, live in the moment, and remember we are never too old to play. She’s fluent in two languages: sarcasm and swearing, and has a slightly unhealthy obsession with the color purple.
Though not foreign to struggles, grief, and mental health issues herself - Jill brings all of this passion for life and compassion for pain into each session.
