My name is Lotte Merijn, from the Netherlands. I am a coach and therapist with years of work experience in mental health care. I am an acceptance and commitment therapist (ACT) and yin yoga teacher. And I have a coaching practice where I guide women with ACT and yoga. I help people to deal with the obstacles in life in a resilient way so that they can focus on what gives meaning. From a young age, I have been curious about the human psyche, about our inner world. And I am still curious. To my own inner world and to the inner world of the people I meet. I have been familiar with psychedelics for over five years.
