Lyndsay Janzen is a licensed professional counsellor based in Tulsa who offers psychedelic integration therapy, along with therapy for anxiety, trauma and relationship concerns, by video to adults anywhere in Oklahoma.
Approach
She holds a Master of Human Relations in counselling from the University of Oklahoma, has provided telehealth counselling since 2016, and has trained for more than 200 hours with the Integrative Psychiatry Institute in psychedelic-assisted therapy, including ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, in which she has facilitated medicine sessions. Her approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, drawing on CBT, mindfulness, iRest, exposure therapy, somatic awareness and ideas from Internal Family Systems. Integration starts with a session on what happened and what matters most, then continues weekly or every two weeks.

She works with anxiety, trauma, intergenerational wounds and relationship concerns, and with highly sensitive and neurodivergent people. Her practice is secular: she is a provider with the Secular Therapy Project and has experience with religious trauma. She is affirming of LGBTQS+ clients and the kink community, and open to discussing cannabis and other plant medicines.
Practical details
A 50-minute session costs $130 and a 90-minute session $200. She accepts Health Choice and UnitedHealthcare insurance, and asks for 48 hours’ notice to cancel. Clients often work with her for six to twelve months, and she suggests at least three. Contact starts with a short call of 10 to 15 minutes.
