Nasreen El-Mariesh

Nasreen El-Mariesh, known as Naz, is a relationship mentor, women’s empowerment coach and certified psychedelic integration coach based in Poole, Dorset. She coaches women, largely over Zoom, on their relationships with themselves, their partners and families, and with what she calls Source, and offers psychedelic integration coaching to clients who live where psychedelic use is legal.

Approach

She blends science, spirituality and heart, drawing on NLP and positive psychology, Internal Family Systems and inner child work, integrative somatic parts work, the Gottman approach to relationships, breathwork and shadow work. Her own path, she says, ran through severe depression, the deaths of loved ones including her father, and more than a decade of inner work. She trained with the Transformational Coaching Academy and the British School of Coaching, and has led retreats in Sri Lanka, Morocco and the UK.

Who it is for

Her work is aimed at women, from those stuck in unhappy relationships, for whom her Empowered Love programme is designed, to coaches and entrepreneurs. She asks clients for real commitment, self-awareness and honesty. Group programmes and retreats for women run through Women are the Medicine, which she leads with Rachel Lawlan.

Practical details

Bespoke coaching runs for six or twelve months, from £500 to £2,000 a month, and includes two 60-minute Zoom calls a month, weekday support and an in-person half-day intensive every six months. Activation Days, one-off workshops of four or eight hours, cost £850 or £1,500, and a stand-alone eight-week microdosing integration protocol costs £1,500.

Care and safety

Intake runs through an application form, a discovery call and, for psychedelic work, a medical and psychological assessment form to check suitability. She states that she does not encourage or condone illegal activity, and offers psychedelic coaching only to clients in countries where it is legal.
