About
Nua Silta offers small-group legal psilocybin truffle retreats in the Netherlands, held by experienced and trained facilitators. Retreats take place in a comfortable, private setting with individual bedrooms, healthy food and space to rest, reflect and spend time outdoors.
The programme includes preparation before and during the retreat, meditation, somatic practices, live music, quiet time, group reflection and a facilitated psilocybin session, followed by integration support afterwards.
We keep groups small so there is time, space and individual attention throughout. Our approach is informed by transpersonal coaching psychology, multidisciplinary Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy training and practical experience supporting psychedelic experiences.
