Clara Rose, LMHC

Hello! I am Clara Rose (legal name Ronni Umles). I am a transpersonal, somatic, and IFS-informed psychotherapist & coach. My background is rooted in years of personal and professional exploration of the Self through radical free expression. The road I took towards the mental health field was in no way linear. In fact, I’ve adopted a wide perspective from having experienced several ups and downs in both my personal life and career. After embarking on my own inner healing journey, I eventually gained skills, tools, wisdom and most importantly a deepened connection with myself and beyond. These experiences thus led me to making several lifestyle changes and opened the space to now serve others. My personal growth is ongoing, as it supports and informs my ability to incite the healer within those I work with. I now find purpose in connecting with and supporting others who seek change for themselves to create a fulfilled and intentional life.
