Navjit Grewal
About
Navjit Grewal is a psychedelic integration coach, recovery coach and ceremony guide who now works as Psychedelic Sherpa. Formerly based in Edmonton, Alberta, he is now based in Toronto, Ontario, and works online with clients in Canada, the United States and further afield.
Approach
Grewal says he has eight years of personal experience with plant medicines, beginning with ayahuasca and continuing with psilocybin mushrooms and iboga. He was mentored by a shaman of Incan lineage and holds the title of Chacaruna in the Q’ero tradition, and he combines that background with talk therapy, somatic practices and mindfulness in his integration work. His credentials include a recovery coach certification from The Addictions Academy (2020) and training in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy with ATMA Journey Centers (2021), as well as harm reduction.
Who it is for
He works with people preparing for or processing psilocybin, iboga or ayahuasca ceremonies, with people interested in microdosing, and with people in addiction recovery, for whom his recovery coaching has led up to an iboga ceremony.
Practical details
A 60-minute integration or microdosing session costs $175 CDN, online or in person, and a bundle of four costs $600 CDN. Psilocybin and iboga ceremonies, for one person or a group, are priced on request. A free 15-minute consultation comes first.
Care and safety
Before that consultation, clients fill in a questionnaire on their medical and family history, earlier experience with psychedelics and microdosing, and any other therapies they use. He replies within 48 hours and then draws up a plan for the work.
