About

ONE Psilocybin Retreats runs six-day group psilocybin retreats at the Tingalaya Resort in West End, Negril, in Jamaica’s Westmoreland parish, and also offers private psilocybin sessions. It was founded by Kevin Bourke and Vernise Cardillo, known as Vee.

Approach

Each group retreat includes two guided psilocybin sessions with daily support from the team, alongside group meditation, light yoga, breathwork and fireside ceremonies. Kevin Bourke, a facilitator certified by Kairos Integration, is vice chair of the government’s Jamaican Psilocybin Mushroom Technical Committee. Vee is a certified psilocybin and breathwork facilitator trained in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy. The mushrooms are harvested locally by the parent company, Rose Hill Apothecary, which publishes test results. The organisers name partnerships with the University of Ottawa, the SEAL Future Foundation and the Canadian Center for Psychedelic Science.

Who it is for

Besides open groups, the team runs retreats for couples, veterans and first responders, executives and entrepreneurs, and creatives. Its pages address stress and burnout, depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief and major life transitions.

Practical details

The group retreat costs $5,550 all-inclusive, with a $1,000 deposit and the remaining $4,550 due a week before the start. Upcoming dates are 24 to 29 October and 19 to 24 November 2026. The price covers air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms, three meals a day, two local excursions with transport and airport transfers. Private sessions are reserved with a $600 deposit. ONE describes the psilocybin it uses as legal in Jamaica.

Care and safety

Before arrival each participant has a virtual group session and a one-to-one session with the facilitators on goals and health history, and online group integration follows the return home. For private sessions, an intake reviews health and medication history, past experience and intentions. Dr Dingle Spence has been listed among the medical staff.
